Danger of Loss; Postponed Shipments
Our top priority is always our customers, and we will stop at nothing to ensure that your things arrive on time and in acceptable shape. However, as soon as we deliver the things to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) in compliance with our regular shipping procedures, you become the owner and bear the risk of loss for any items you have ordered. We might not be able to fully reimburse you for lost or stolen goods if the carrier has produced confirmation of delivery and a signature was not obtained before the sale. Before we can reship or provide a credit or refund, we usually have to go through a claim process with the carrier for any lost, damaged, or delayed goods. Deliveries that are delayed because of circumstances outside of our control are not our responsibility.

Termination
At our sole discretion, we may, for any reason, without prior notice or responsibility, cancel or suspend your account and prevent you from using the Service, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Simply stop using the Service if you would like to terminate your account.
